These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lenichat’s website and services. By using Lenichat, you agree to these Terms.

• “Lenichat”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the Lenichat service and operator.
• “Service” means our website, apps, APIs, and related offerings.
• “Customer Data” means content you or your users submit to the Service.

You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or access data without authorization. You’re responsible for your users’ compliance.

Paid plans bill in advance on a subscription basis. Prices may change on renewal with prior notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable.

Our AI features may generate content that is imperfect or requires human review. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

We process Customer Data per our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant us a non‑exclusive license to host and process it to provide the Service.

Integrations and links to third‑party services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflicts of law. Courts in Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in advance when practicable. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
